Sweet and easy allowing

We all want stuff. We have countless things we want. When folks ask you what you would want for yourself you often experience a moment of “Ah wow, don’t know how to sift through all this stuff…”… and that is good and right, because we were made to want, made to create, made to conjure up out of the dreams we have, all the amazing things that we want so much.

The trouble starts with the wanting too much, I think. When we go beyond “I really want this. This feels good, I can see myself having it, man I can feel it!” and we perceive time passing, our “where’s my stuff” setting becomes activated and before we know it we are looking for more processes, more books, talking to more people almost obsessively, etc, just to find a way to make our stuff show up in our lives.

It is about ease. It is about looking at something and saying “This has effort in it – it feels as if I need to do more than I am prepared to, say more than what feels comfortable, go farther than what I feel good about, to get this. This is not the way I am supposed to get to the place where my stuff if”… and then letting go, and moving forward in the direction of what feels good. Gently.

It is all about the basics of the Law of Attraction:

what you focus on you get more of

when you think about it, pretend about it, imagine it, you create it

when you pinch off your energy through any kind of upstream thinking, you defer the abundance which is on its way to you

you can find your way out of any upstream situation simply by getting out of the way and getting to the feeling place of the relief you are seeking – often you simply need to think about the fact that you are letting go of some kind of energetic hand brake… just allow things to flow without trying so hard to make them flow where you want them to go.

It is about ease and struggling less, and less, and then no struggle at all.

I have noticed in my work with people that often a big crash/catastrophe/loss precedes a massive upturn in vibration and the sudden arrival of abundance, simply because your resistance to allowing is swept away by your inability to maintain your control of your thoughts. Your disarray in the face of the big problem in your life makes you let go and surrender totally, which makes it possible for you to move upstream.

This is not the optimum way to get to your abundance – it is far easier to get there by using the simple tools that you will find all around you – and start that process by letting go, and by focusing on what you want for yourself…

It does not have to be a struggle – it is not supposed to be

Take it easy and breathe.
