As we live our lives, using the teachings our parents passed on to us sometimes without knowing it, we tend to recreate situations over and over – until we say to ourselves “I would rather stay single, I only attract trouble”, or “I give up – nothing is ever going to change for me”. Or worse.
We hang labels around our necks, paste descriptions on our foreheads that limit us by causing us to focus on what we see around us, focus on what get reflected back at us…. only mostly, we are not aware of the fact that we put that vibration out there in the first place.

We walk around with deep aching voids in ourselves, fixating on others to beam at us the loving acceptance we are not even aware of being able to receive from ourselves.
And when we lose their admiration we feel almost desperate in our renewed search for someone to love us – and eventually, having passed through relationship after relationship that did not work out, we give up.

The knowing that we can find all that unconditional love, acceptance and nurturing within ourselves comes with the realization that we are greater than we once thought, that there is a part of us that is blended with a greater loving energy – our connection to Source…. whatever we call that expanded part where we are all One matters not, the filters through which we see it matter not, – what does matter is that we can open our hearts and know that we are never alone, never abandoned, that there is a timeless connection binding us all together, and that we can turn inward and find the love that we are missing within ourselves.

Sometimes all it takes it the acceptance of the possibility of being able to be self nurturing, which is in fact what it is… and as we nurture ourselves, as we start taking responsibility for our lives and our decisions without placing blame on ourselves, things start shifting in our lives and our outer reality moves to match our inner reality of greater light, greater consciousness and greater love.

And it is at this point where doors start opening for us, synchronicities start to appear and we start tapping into that great stream of Consciousness in a conscious manner, learning about the laws of the universe, learning about our own magnificence, our shining beings, – that we are perfect even in our imperfection.

We can attract to us the lives we have been yearning for by simply starting to awaken in ourselves those qualities that we so look for in others – loyalty, unconditional acceptance and love, and the knowledge that magic does exist and that it is all waiting for us – when we least expect it.

There are experiences waiting for you, grand adventures of soul and spirit that only you can have, for they are unique and individual; they are the way only you can have them.

And so, of course, they wait for you outside of what others have told you. For how can anyone else tell you how to walk your path, when it lies through a jungle no one else has ever entered, crosses a desert filled with oases no one else has discovered, leads to the mountain no one else has yet climbed?

Your path is the one that lies right in front of you, lit by only one or two footsteps that glow gold before you. You step forward into that glow and then one or two more footsteps appear. You step into the jungle and see a glowing symbol carved on a tree that seems to say, “This Way.” And this, then is your path.

It is shrouded in mystery. It is for you alone. Another person, standing before that same tree, might see nothing or perhaps an arrow pointing the opposite direction. For your journey is your own.

And why is this important to know? Because it requires you to have absolute belief in your own instincts, that little voice that suggests to you that what someone else is saying might not be right for you; that little tug that says that the ceremony someone else is performing would be slightly different if you were to follow your own instincts. All of this, these tugs, voices, and hunches, are not extraneous. They are central. They are, in fact, what matters.

For once you free yourself from the directives of others, once you become a student to your own intuitive instruction, things will become clearer. Once you begin to take from others only what resonates deeply within you and ignore the rest, then your own internal voice will become clearer and clearer. And then, with this clarity, your own internal voice will become distinct and you will be able to branch out and have amazing soul adventures with complete faith that you are, in fact, doing exactly what you are meant to do.

Listen. Feel. Know. Step. Dare. Reach. Laugh.

Ah, what an adventure this life is. How fortunate you are, how blessed, how steeped in grace. Enjoy!

We are precariously connected to our individual paths by our emotions. We may think that our ability to think, reason, compute, store information etc is what assists us to find our way and that is true, but only partially so – because the last stretch of our way to Ourselves and true knowledge of who we are and why we are here, and what we are here to do, can only be accessed by the bridge built by our emotions. The road there can be paved by our thoughts, the books we write, our conversations with others – but we sooner or later arrive at a point where we find ourselves facing a gap, a chasm, a ravine – and on the other side lies the tilt, the eventual true and shining Knowing.

The ability to think serves us well here on planet earth. We are so proud of our achievements, and it is those amongst us who are the scientists, the doctors, the engineers, the left brain functioning ones who find it the hardest to reach the place of silence where we connect with our True Selves.

We are the love we feel. All earthly life forms connect to and use 7.83 Hertz, the earth’s own rhythm, and as humans we were all attuned naturally to that frequency in all we did, resonating intuitively with the rhythms and movements
of the other life forms and instinctively aware of what was going on around us and why. As a result of our evolution, most of us have lost the ability to tune into this frequency, which is the doorway to the higher frequencies of love and light and knowing, the place where we are One and where we are omnipotent, omniscient, where we flow as One with Source.

It is possible to learn to tune into this frequency – this can be done consciously – but in order to do this, in order to find the frequency that crosses the chasm to Us, we need to understand that our words take us only so far. And from that place we need to regain our ability to simply flow with the energy of this beautiful blue planet, and that energy will take us further and gently give us access to Us, to Oneness, and total Unconditional Love.

So still your thoughts – accept that your logic may not be all there is, may not be the only way to see things. That your intellect took you this far, but your love will take you further – and all the way.
