Patricia: I had a bad reaction to this perfume, probably due to the medication I am taking. The scent smelled absolutely awful on me (whereas it did not in the past). I immiediately contacted ninaferrell.com and inquired about returning the product. I saw on their website that opened products would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The item I purchased did not come in a bottle and I was upset that in addition to the shipping to me and the return shipping, I would also be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which would end up in a $20 loss to me. They immediately responded to me and waived the 20% fee. I did lose out on $14 in shipping fees which is quite upsetting. It would have been nice if they had offered me a $10 or $15 gift certificate on future purchases over $100 for the problem but they didn’t. Will I shop again? Probably. It wasn’t anyone’s fault that this happened, but there are plenty of places to do business and I’m sure that there is someone out there better. I will probably shop around much better next time before placing an order next time. I do not like doing business with any companies that charge restocking fees for whatever the reasons.
Linda: Charming pink bottle in the form of lovely clouds, aroused a storm of emotions from her daughter – a teenager. I did not expect that she will love this fragrance so. She’s not a big fan of perfume.
